| Dominated by coal, the structure of energy consumption will still play an important role in the coming years and remain difficult to change. The cost of burning coal has accounted for more than70%of coal-fired power generation. The price and supply of coal made huge effect on the profit of the power generation group. The asynchronous revolution of coal and power directly resulted in the contradiction on’marketed-coal’and’planned-electricity’. The combat between coal and power made the power generation enterprises meet the coal requirements mainly on their own, from which the affiliate fuel companies owned by power generation enterprises came out. During the process of the integration for produce, delivery and sales of coal, they developed their business of coal production, delivery and sales, made up the industrial situation of coal production and distribution, in order to balance the differences and control the price, and make the company’s cost control strategy come true.Based on the summarization and statement of the investment environment of current coal industry of China, supply and demand situation of coal, production, operation, etc, the paper had analyzed the necessity and development status of integration for produce, delivery and sales of coal industry for the affiliate fuel companies owned by power generation enterprises, indicated the aim of the integration was creating the coal supply system that including production, purchasing, delivery, sales, etc, for the fuel enterprises, which was considered as the inevitable choice for the coal and power enterprises. And then, the paper had analyzed the current problems of four factors including purchasing, resource controlling, delivery and sales for coal, and taken examples to put forward optimized tactics according to these four factors through case study and data analysis. The research indicated that the current mode of the coal integration for the power generation enterprises needed further development and innovation in the new economic environment. In the end, the paper had in depth brought forwards some recommendations to perfect the strategy of integration for produce, delivery and sales of coal. |
