The energy is the important resources in the world economic development and social progress. Compared with other countries, our country’s energy production and consumption to a great extent, relies on the coal resources. Although the development and utilization of new energy and rapid growth to a certain extent, alleviate the coal consumption, but in the future quite a long time, the coal in the energy structure is still occupy a large proportion of the. In our country, because of the coal do not agree with the pace of reform of electricity market, power market reform lags behind the coal, lead to both cannot run on the same platform and transaction, the focus of the conflict of coal and electricity price is the price of coal. Predictably, after a long period of time, the conflict of coal and electricity prices will remain is the focus of the contradictions of coal. Conflict, to say the coal price has become the industry and a series of social problems, economic problems root cause, coal cost and the price of thermal coal ratio, combined with the demands of economic development of a practical and effective measures, will become the key to solve the problem. Therefore, the conflict of coal and electricity price and its regulation is imminent.The dissertation is divided into nine chapters. Chapter1is the introduction. Mainly in this paper, the coal and electricity price conflict and control research purpose and significance, the related research at home and abroad were reviewed and a systematic review, clear research content of this study, research methods and research framework; Chapter2of this chapter mainly expounds China’s coal and electricity price conflict studies basic theory, the formation and operation theory, conflict management, including price theory and the theory of macroeconomic regulation and control. The theory is put forward, provide theory for subsequent research. Chapter3is the conflict of coal and electricity price regulation experience abroad for reference. The study of this chapter mainly from abroad conflict of coal and electricity price and its performance, coal and electricity price conflict impact on development of coal industry, foreign coal price conflict control strategy, and the conflict the main experience of foreign regulation of coal prices and so on four aspects.Chapter4to chapter7is the core part of this article. Chapter4(conflict of China’s coal and electricity price forming) research the formation mechanism of market prices, influence factors and formation mechanism, electricity and coal price transmission mechanism and conflict, on this basis, build based on the government, the coal enterprises and electric power enterprise tripartite game model of coal and electricity prices. Chapter5(China coal price conflict of cause and effect analysis) research of coal price cause of conflict, and conflict of coal and electricity prices to all kinds of enterprises, the impact of macro economy, people’s life, etc. Chapter6(the microscopic main body behavior analysis for coal and electricity price conflict) is mainly research on coal industrial chain of the different types of enterprises including coal production enterprise coal transportation, power generation, transmission and distribution enterprises, and the microscopic main body behavior when facing the conflict of coal and electricity prices. Begin from Henan province economic development and energy structure, coal supply and demand, electricity market operation operation situation of coal market in Henan province were analyzed, and the research of Henan province coal price main manifestations and causes of conflict, on this basis, from the perspective of the government of Henan province coal price conflict control strategy is put forward, from the Angle of the thermal power enterprises put forward countermeasures.The last chapter9for the full text summary and research prospects.
