| With the situation that exhaustion of resources and pollution becomes increasingly serious, the electric vehicles are highly valued because of its outstanding characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection, to vigorously promote the development of electric vehicle industry has become a consensus to all countries around the world. The development of electric vehicle development rapidly expands, the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" listed new energy vehicles as one of the strategic new industry and put forward the principle that "focus on the development of pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid cars as well as car technology, meanwhile, develop pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric car research and development as well as large-scale commercial demonstration project; promote industrialization application". The rapid development of electric vehicle depends on electric facilities construction and corresponding power grid planning along with transformation, therefore power grid enterprises bear the significant responsibility to promote the development of electric car orderly. For now, the development of electric car will affect power grid enterprise’s operation mode, operation management mode, power grid scheduling model, load management mode, intelligent power grid technology application and so on. Power grid enterprise should give full consideration to the development of electric cars and relative electric facilities in accordance with their technical characteristics, industrial characteristics as well as the influence factors of power grid, and propose strategies on the basis of the planning and construction of the power grid.First of all, summarizing and combing related technical information and research results of the electric automobile and charging facilities. This paper analyzes relative key technology development prospect of electric vehicles along with its trend. Furthermore, the technical and economic characteristics of electric car and power charging mode are summarized in this essay. At the same time, related influence on the performance of the power grid construction has been summarized. The analysis for planning and construction of electric vehicle in the domestic and foreign relevant power grid enterprise has been made, and summarized corresponding experience and enlightenment. Secondly, take a grid enterprise as an example, this paper analyzes the planning and construction of electric car and relative electric facilities, meanwhile, clarifies the inside and outside environment of developing electric automobile as well as electric facilities. Furthermore, this essay has identified and analyzed the key factors for the planning and construction of electric car and relative electric facilities. More over, the benefit evaluation model has been proposed to quantify the investment operation benefit of electric facilities, at the same time, the influence of key factors on electric facilities planning has been analyzed. Thirdly, the experience of electric vehicle development planning and construction in domestic and abroad grid enterprises are used as reference. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward the planning and construction strategy which is able to be adapted to a variety of uncertain conditions based on the main influence factors of planning and construction of electric facilities. |
