As the energy shortage and the environment problem growing severely,Electronic vehicles(EVs)have gained more and more attention due to its high energy efficiency,Zero-emission and simple structure,and it will revolutionize the traditional industry and start a new chapter.But the large-scale use of the EVs brings a series of new problems to the operation and planning of the power grid: On the one hand,The disorder and uncertainty of the charging behavior by EVs will bring an impact on the grid's security and reliability;On the other hand,large amount of charging behaviors by EVs will create massive pressure on the installations of power generation,transmission and distribution.Therefore,How to plan the interaction between the EVs and grid reasonably and efficiently,ensure safe operation of power grid becomes an urgent issue.This paper develops a new approach to this problem: Optimizing strategy between EVs and the interactive agent of the grid,Which can make the interaction between them more stable and reliable,and the agent's profit can be maximized at the same time.This paper explains the work principle of V2 G technology,business process of charge-discharge,and the current situation of corresponding standards.At the same time,It also introduces the concept of "Agent",which can be used as a link between EVs owners and the grid in order to dispatch all the EVs uniformly.This paper designs a new model of parking lot,Which can satisfy the demand of electricity transaction,by quoting the california ISO's spot price curve,with the maximization of economic benefits as object function,establishing a mathematical model which based on the battery capacity,charge-discharge efficiency as constraint conditions,developingapplication on the java platform,we find the right time to charge and discharge EVs.On this basis,this paper also analyzes the system's performances under two circumstances: different power price and different amounts of participating EVs.this paper takes GuangZhou as an example to analyzes charge distribution under three circumstances: No EVs,EVs without interaction,EVs interact with the grid,verifies the feasibility of the optimized strategy.This paper completes the simulation experiment on the interaction between EVs and the grid.The result shows the strategy proposed in this paper is effective and appliable,it can improve the agent's economic benefits,as well as reducing peak and filling valley in the grid.The electric power dispatch and trading model proposed in this paper has reference significance to the electric power reform.
