At present, the rural financial support foragricultural industrialization in Henan province has obtained certain achievements,industrialization of agriculture develop steadily. With the continuous deepening of thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization, how to solve the problems in the financialsupport of the industrialization of agriculture, meet the financial needs of theindustrialization of agriculture in the greatest degree, carry out the rapid development ofindustrialization of agriculture, is an urgent problem that need to be solved for thedevelopment of agricultural industrialization in Henan Province.Firstly, the paper made a theoretical analysis of the industrialization of agriculturefinancial support relationship, to lay the theoretical foundation for this study; Thenputting forward the financial constraints of agricultural industrialization in Henanprovince and making a detailed analysis of the constraint reasons on the basis of theindustrialization of agriculture development status and problems in Henan province;Then use the method of factor analysis, combined with henan provincial sequence data in2000-2011and the local section data in18cities in2009, to make the principal factoranalysis of the index on the agricultural industrialization in Henan province, and reachinga conclusion that agricultural investment in fixed assets and the efficiency of theallocation of resources between the different departments internal the agriculturalindustry is the main influence factors of the development of the agriculturalindustrialization in henan province. Then use the comprehensive score of main factor inHenan province and the per capita agricultural respectively (rural) loans for regressionanalysis, Finally, the provincial time series data reach a conclusion that the developmentof agricultural industrialization in Henan province significantly and positively relatedwith financial support; With the reference of the successful financial support system foragricultural industrialization in developed countries, integrating above research andExploration on the financial support for agricultural industrialization in Henan Province, obtaining the policy suggestions to resolve agricultural industrialization financialconstraints in Henan province: First of all, it should improve the level of modernizationmanagement of the agriculture to keep up with the operating principle of financialinstitutions. Secondly, we should perfect risk control mechanism, reduce the cost of ruralfinancial service. And further, it should improve the rural financial system, to defusefinancial supply constraints from the internal of the financial system. Finally, we shouldpay attention to the construction of constraint and benefit compensation mechanism offinancial support for agricultural industrialization.
