The Research About Credit Support Of Agricultural Industrialization Development In Anhui Province

Agricultural industrialization is the developing direction of modern agriculture, is the realization of increasing farmers’income, the only way to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Development of agricultural industrialization needs a lot of money, can’t depart from the support of rural credit. In 2014 the central file no.1 On the comprehensively deepen rural reform to accelerate agricultural modernization of several opinions explicitly pointed out that "to speed up the rural financial system innovation, strengthen the duty of the financial institutions service to agriculture, rural areas and farmers". For a long time, financial institutions’most of the credit funds flows to the high efficiency of the non-agricultural sector, On rural economic growth due to rural credit funds are not proper, it is also a country introduced various policies to support the cause of rural economic development.First of all, this paper analyses the current situation of the agricultural industrialization in our country, made clear the significance of the research question. Through the review of related literature at home and abroad, to understand the problem of financing difficulties and the industrialization of agriculture, scholar’s research focus both at home and abroad on improving the efficiency of financial support agriculture and agricultural industrialization management within their own financing ability. To determine the research ideas and methods of this article.And then the theoretical part, on the one hand, this paper expounds the relevant theory of credit to support agriculture, clear the characteristics of agricultural industrialization and rural credit, and the necessity of credit to support agriculture theory, draw lessons from the development experience of other countries at the same time, the more clearly the direction of the credit to support agriculture in our country; on the other hand, combined with the data shows that the present situation of the credit to support agriculture in anhui province, as well as the problems in the rural credit supply and demand, this paper analyzes the reason of the financial institutions credit supply.Two modules constitute the empirical part.On the one hand, using the longitudinal index data of agricultural industrialization and finance of the Anhui province from 2011-2001 and related transverse data of the 16 cities in anhui province from 2011, the paper empirically analyzes the effect of finance on the development of agricultural industrialization.The result confirms the positive correlation between agricultural industrialization and financial;on the other hand, by establishing a VAR model to analyze the influence degree of the rural credit support agriculture development of agricultural industrialization, the cointegration test results show that rural credit for the development of agricultural industrialization has obvious role, and granger causality tests show that rural credit is the granger reason of agricultural industrialization development, but there is delay so efficiency is not high.According to the research conclusion of empirical and theoretical analysis, This paper from the building of anhui rural credit market; perfecting the function of rural financial institutions; developing the specification of the rural folk finance, rural credit of new products; deepening reform of rural credit cooperatives and innovating financial business of rural credit cooperatives; perfecting the guarantee mechanism of rural credit insurance and optimizing rural financial ecological environment; increasing government support for rural credit six aspects put forward policy suggestions.
