Research On The Influence Of Technological Innovation Ability To The Industrialization Development In Western Region Based On Factor Analysis And Regression Analysis

Technological innovation is the Endogenous Dynamics of industrialization development. Especially under the background of rapid development of science and technology in the world, traditional industrial production methods is gradually being replaced by high-tech, the role of technological innovation in promoting industrial development has become increasingly prominent. nowadays, a lot of countries especially the developed countries seize the technological high ground through the implementation of innovative strategies actively, and our country upgrade the innovation-driven development strategy to national strategies, say that we should deepen the reform of science and technology system, promote the close combination of technology and economy, accelerate the construction of national innovation system and expedite the establishment of technological innovation system that is business-centered, market-oriented and facilitates the combination of industry, academia and R&D institutions. At the regional level, The “Thirteen Five” plan of Western Development propose that the Less Developed Western Regions should implement innovation-driven strategy to carry out the plan of the restructuring and development of the western region under the science and technology’s support. Less Developed Western Regions is an important part of overall regional development strategy, the development IV of industrialization is to contribute to our goal of industrialization is substantially complete. In order to achieve the leaping development of industrialization of the western region, understanding the status of technology innovation in western regions as well as its specific impact on the development of industrialization has very important significance.In the theoretical basis of industrialization and innovative research technology, the paper do the Qualitative Analysis for the situation of industrialization and technological innovation of western region firstly. Secondly, using Factor Analysis to evaluate technology innovation capability of western region and doing the longitudinal analysis and lateral analysis, and get the development trends of western technological innovation capability during 2000-2013 and the gap between western region with the the rest provinces of our country in 2013. At last, on the basis of longitudinal analysis technological innovation capability,using the Regression Analysis do the Correlation Analysis for the regional technological innovation capability and industrial development of integrated comprehensive level, and obtain the degree of influence of technological innovation ability on the industrialization process.According to the results of the research, combined with the actual development of the western region, the following countermeasures and suggestions are given: First, Technology Innovation investment: the regional innovation resources should be integrated effectively, and strengthen resource investment; Second, Technology Innovation output: the mechanism of technological innovation should be improved, and ensure the smooth transformation of innovation achievements; Third, Technology Innovation environment: we should cultivate the innovative culture atmosphere, and improve the supporting construction of innovative environment; At last, Enterprise Construction: the main status of enterprises’ technology innovation should be established, and improve enterprise technology innovation ability.
