Comprehensive Strength Study Of Listed Companies In Shanxi Province

The capital market is an important tool, that adjust the economic structure and promote regional economic development. It becomes an important part of the region’s economic development. However, the listed company is the top priority of the capital markets. The listed companies have become a hot topic in the study of modern financial field. Especially in2010, Shanxi Province had become a national resource-based comprehensive reform pilot area. In this context, the study of listed companies overall level is more important.In this paper, the basic situation of listed companies in Shanxi Province has carried on the detailed introduction. Through the different financial indicators, different listed companies make a transverse comparison.Using data of three years (2009-2011), the same listed companies make a longitudinal comparison.In order to understand the actual situation of listed companies under different indicators and under different year. Finally, reference to comprehensive evaluation index system from the2009Chinese listed companies performance evaluation report, using the factor analysis method, the comprehensive strength of the listed companies is evaluated in Shanxi Province. The empirical results show that in Shanxi Province, no matter on quantity and quality, the listed companies of coal CaiXuanYe and related industries performed very well. In34listed companies in Shanxi, comprehensive strength of coal hill international occupied the first place in2011. Comprehensive strength of Yangquan coal in2011occupied the second place.First chapter is an introduction section. Its main contents include the purpose, significance, literature review at home and abroad, the content of this research, the ideas and the main work.The second chapter includes the two parts. The first part describes the basic situation of listed companies in Shanxi Province from the number of listed companies, listed year, industry conditions and regions. In the second part, through the different financial indicators, different listed companies make a transverse comparison.Using data of three years (2009-2011), the same listed companies make a longitudinal comparison, in order to understand the actual situation in Shanxi Province.In the third chapter,34listed companies in Shanxi Province are choosed as samples and comprehensive evaluation index system is builded.This chapter analysis the overall position of various listed companies in Shanxi Province and summarizes this conclusion.In the forth chapter, according to the above study, this chapter get the problem of the listed companies in Shanxi and put forward some suggestions to improve the comprehensive strength of the listed companies in Shanxi Province.Finally, this chapter obtains the outlook for this article.
