| Intellectual property is the most active factor in the development of regional economy,and the research of regional patent comprehensive strength is of great significance to promote the construction of regional patent system and economic development.In countries actively formulate and implement the strategy of intellectual property rights of the environment,make full use of the patent strategy should be an important means in Yunnan Province,through the evaluation of the overall strength of the patent reasonable work,find the weak link of economic development in the region,provide a powerful guarantee for the transformation and optimization of regional economic development pattern of industrial structure.In this paper,the regional patent strength as the research object,from the patent creation,patent application,patent protection,patent,patent management five aspects,analyzes the premise of regional patent comprehensive strength construction principle in the evaluation model,the introduction of high quality and effective index of patent,the original research in the evaluation index system to enrich and perfect,establish a scientific and reasonable regional patent comprehensive strength evaluation index system from a variety of multivariate statistical analysis to construct the evaluation model of regional patent comprehensive strength entropy method in selection method.Based on the evaluation model of regional patent comprehensive strength,taking Yunnan Province as an example,the comprehensive evaluation is made.The paper points out the factors restricting the regional patent comprehensive strength,including the regional economic situation,industrial structure and the level of intellectual property rights education.Finally,combined with the evaluation model of applied research and the local actual situation,to guide the local characteristics and formulate countermeasures and implementation of intellectual property strategy to enhance the overall strength of the patent Yunnan province. |
