The Development Strategy Of Nanchang And Fuzhou Economic Integration

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has maintained a goodmomentum of sustained, rapid growth, and become the second largest economy in theworld in2011. At the time of economic development, China actively adjusts thepattern of regional economic development. Only since2006, including the Pan-PearlRiver Delta, the west side of the Straits Economic Zone and the Central PlainsEconomic Area, more than20regional economic development plans have beenapproved one after another, which promote the rational space development order andlaid a solid foundation for the comprehensive construction of well-off society.Promoting the development of regional economic integration in the city hasalways been the social hot spots and common people focus, especially in the currentera that the informationization, industrialization, urbanization and agriculturalmodernization develop rapidly. Deepen the division of labor between regional city andstrengthen cooperation and sharing is conducive to the economic development ofregional City, upgrade the industry level, improve infrastructure, convenient massesproduction and living.Based on the above understanding, this paper takes the economic integration ofNanchang and Fuzhou city as an example, in-depth study of the evolution of Chang Fueconomic integration process, present situation and existing problems, whichexpounds the important significance to accelerate the integration of development. Andat the same time, it also puts forward some specific policy recommendations in11aspects from the economic and management view, just like the concept of dockingtraffic organization, planning and design, information resources, market, industrydevelopment, environment protection, non-governmental exchanges, institutionalmechanisms, policies and measures, organization and leadership.The main conclusions of this paper are: set up the new administrative areareasonably and scientifically, improve the institutional mechanisms, and promote the"urban city" city development better. The reform and changes of administrativedivisions is mainly based on the relationship between the span of control and hierarchyof management, and management range set is very important. All can be targeted forthe development and reform strategy of administrative division, promote economicand social development. At the same time, in the background of national support thereform of the political system, the less developed region can support, throughexploration, to achieve a new zoning adjustment, in order to meet the needs ofeconomic and social development.
