The Research On Level Measure And Countermeasure Of Econimic Interation In Nanchang And Jiujiang

Under the background of world regional economic integration accelerating, domesticmetropolitan circle and urban agglomerations spring up. On the basis of different geographiclocation and resources advantage, different region which through strengthening regionalcooperation to seek city group development has been heavily promoted by the rapiddevelopment of regional economy. Under the tide of economic integration development, topromote the development of the economy and the increase in the rise of central China strategypattern, Jiangxi province is promoting the integration of Nanchang and Jiujiang. Therefore,under the above background, the system research and the development of Chang-Jiuintegration level measurement system has important theoretical significance and practicalsignificance.Based on the basic theory and literature basis of the analysis of regional economicintegration, this paper made a deep analysis to Chang-Jiu integration development. Theevaluation to the degree of regional economic integration development was describedcomprehensively from the industry integration, market integration, the infrastructureintegration and public services integration.From its the present situation, Chang-Jiu regional economic integration has experienceda tortuous development process. With the improvement of economic development, Chang-Jiuintegration has its material basis. Chang-Jiu regional economic integration has bothadvantages and disadvantages and exists opportunities and challenges. It’s in a critical periodof development.From the evaluation results of Chang-Jiu regional economic integration, Chang-Jiuregional economic integration has some progress, but it still doesn’t have a high level ofdevelopment. At the aspect of industrial integration, we can find that industrial structureconverged in a large scale by measuring the industrial structure similarity coefficient. There isdivergence and industry division of labor, but there are still isomorphism phenomenon bymeasuring Chang-Jiu industry location quotient. As for market integration, throughcalculation of the price law commodity retail price index and on-the-job workers we canfound that the average wage commodity market is volatile and the level of integration is low.The labour market is less volatile generally, but there is still a larger fluctuation in part of theyear, and the integration needs to be strengthened. As for infrastructure integration, there isjust a small gap between Chang-Jiu municipal infrastructure and ecological environment, butstill need to be improved. Transportation, there are gaps in the integration of post and communications facilities. As for public service integration, Chang-Jiu public education andsocial security development have become better, and the gap is smaller. However, the gap inthe medical and health services equalization level is larger.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of Chang-Jiu integration status and use forreference the experience of successful development at home and abroad, this paper putforward some measures and suggestions in order to promote the development of Chang-Jiuregional economic integration. For industry integration, establish Chang-Jiu industrialcollaborative planning mechanism, strengthen the Chang-Jiu industry as a whole layout andcollaboration, jointly build industrial cluster and regional brand. For market integration, weshould build no difference environmental policy for the market, break restricts the marketintegration of administrative barriers, and promote Chang-Jiu to form a community. Forinfrastructure integration, we should build integrated transportation system, perfect thetelecommunications infrastructure construction, jointly promote the major municipalinfrastructure construction, and strengthen the ecological environment protection together. Forpublic service integration, we should promote the co-construction and the share of publiceducation, strengthen the cooperation of the medical and health care, and promoteemployment and social security integration.
