Research On Evaluation Of Regional Economic Integration Development In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a national strategy,and its importance has been highlighted.Promoting the regional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the most important thing in the process of promoting the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.It is the key to realize the coordinated development and mutual benefit of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.With the relevant policies put forward by the government,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei actively implement the central deployment,promote the implementation of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and maintain stable economic development.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the process of the development of regional economic integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.There are obvious differences in regional economic development between Beijing-TianjinHebei,lack of industrial division and cooperation,unreasonable industrial structure,and regional needs to be solved.The development of vegetable market is lagging behind,and market barriers still exist.Therefore,a correct understanding of the development status of regional economic integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is of great significance to promote the integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Regional economic integration refers to the elimination of trade barriers by different spatial entities and the realization of free flow,cooperation and complementarily in space,industry and market.This paper constructs an evaluation index system from three aspects: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei space,industry and market,and evaluates and analyses the development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei space integration,industry integration and market integration.The results show that:1.In terms of spatial integration,the overall spatial-economic linkages between BeijingTianjin-Hebei are on the rise,and the level of spatial integration is steadily increasing year by year.However,the economic differences between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are still obvious.The main manifestation is that the economic linkages between some urban areas dominated by Hebei with Beijing and Tianjin are relatively low,and the spatial-economic linkages between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are relatively obvious.In the "center-periphery" pattern centered around Tianjin,the phenomenon of insufficient driving force of central cities to peripheral cities still exists.2.In terms of industrial integration,the overall level of industrial integration in BeijingTianjin-Hebei is steadily improving,but the level of industrial integration between TianjinHebei is decreasing.The reason is that in terms of industrial transfer,the industrial transfer in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is dominated by Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei play the role of undertakers.They compete in undertaking the industries transferred from Beijing.3.In terms of market integration,the level of market integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei shows an overall upward trend in fluctuations,indicating that factors affecting the process of market integration still exist and are active,and the degree of market integration between Tianjin and Hebei is the lowest.It is found that the main factors leading to the decline of the integrated development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei market are residential,clothing and transportation.
