With the reform and opening to the outside world, china’s economy grows speedily andthe power of china is more and more prosperous. Along with the successfully holding ofOlympic games in Beijing and World Expo in Shanghai, China becomes a super star toattractive the attention of whole world. Furthermore, with the rapidly development of China,many domestic companies are emerging with core competitiveness. On the other hand, theyare the important factors for the highly–growth China economy.In the process of enterprise development, it is not sufficient to maintain the vitality andfuture development of the firm just by technology, capital investments, products and otherhardware factors. More and more entrepreneurs realize that the leader skills of themanagement must be put more emphasis on for the further development. Leader skills are notonly the embodiment of corporate management, but also directly related to the company’sperformance. Therefore, this study chooses GOME HOME Appliances Group as the case, byinterviewing the store manager to expend the leadership skills research. Through comparingand considering the leadership behavior of the manager from organization culture. Throughquestionnaire analysis, the research tries to find the differences components for them.Moreover, by comparing the sales and operation conditions, the relative factors to influencethe senior management leadership need to be figured out for the development of GOME.Based on the specific management leadership styles, the research will seek the main factors toaffect their leaderships and try to upgrade and optimize those factors.The main purpose of this study is to find some more effective methods to boost theleadership skills, in addition to keep the development of enterprise in sustained, healthy andsteady way for the large–scale private enterprises in China. I hope this paper can provide andinspire those enterprises when they conduct to the leadership research.
