With the development of Mobile Internet and ever-developing technology people has been changed and influenced from different aspects.Compared with the industrial era,people's working,living and learning styles have changed dramatically.In the VUCA era and a foreseeable future of more and more intelligent,enterprises must think again to survive and develop:How to upgrade or transform the enterprise strategy,and how to apply and cultivate the required talents in the new era background.In the transition stage,most organizations will encounter the problem of unbalanced quantity and structure of human resource demand and supply at the same time,and need to cultivate a large number of reserve management talents to face future development challenges.Then the enterprise will encounter two more difficult problems,how to identify the potential talent for future development of management?And how to effectively train the talent to meet the challenges ahead?As a traditional service industry,the retail industry has become a new industry trend in recent years due to the application of mobile Internet technology and the booming demand of experiential consumption.The words:new retail,online and offline competition,omni-channel and 020 have also become popular words at present The TH store where I work is a typical representative of the transformation from offline retail to omni-channel retail.In the stage of enterprise transformation,business transformation drives organizational change,which poses new challenges to human resources:Enterprise managers need to accelerate their learning speed to keep up with the pace of organizational development.Enterprises need to re-evaluate the competency of key position and train reserve talents suitable for future development based on the competency For chain retail enterprises,store is the core channel to obtain operating income and profits.Stores have relatively independent rights of management.The store manager is fully responsible for store operation and management,from strategic requirements of enterprise,to the daily operation and management of the store.It should not only provide consumers with commodities,services and environment that meet their requirements,but also inherit the culture of the enterprise,manage the team and lead the team.Store manager plays an important role in the operation and development of retail chain enterprises.In this paper,we study TH mall co.,LTD,its platform business(refers to department stores,shopping centers),supermarket business are called stores.The head of platform business unit is called store general manager.The head of supermarket stores is called supermarket store manager.The two types of heads are all belong to the middle management cadres of TH mall.The management level of store general manager is higher than supermarket store manager.To facilitate understanding,this article will use store manager instead of store general manager or supermarket store manager.This paper takes TH mall as the research object.Firstly,research and thinking are conducted through the relevant academic studies of competency and talent cultivation,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of TH store's human resource management system and reserve cadre training system.In the transition stage,what requirements does the company put forward for the competence of the store manager?What challenges and problems have been encountered in the current reserve manager cultivation system?According to the found problems,further study the competency requirements of the store manager position in TH mall,build the talent standard and competency model of the store manager position,and propose the evaluation mechanism for the reserve store manager.Based on the perspective of meeting the requirements of competency,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures and improvement scheme of TH reserve store manager training system.Then how to implement the improvement plan of the reserve store manager training and design guarantee measures in the aspects of system and resources.Finally,summarize and review on the content and research methods of this study.
