Research On Regional Financial Integration

As an important strategic layout in the southeast coast of the the regional economic strategy in China. West Coast Economic Zone locates in the forefront of the Taiwan Strait, and attracts a large number of foreign capital with the rapid development of private financing every year. Wenzhou and Quanzhou have become the national financial reform experimental zone. Xiamen and Fuzhou are building the regional financial center of the city. The Gannan Region fuses the interactive development of the financial industry and cultural industry, Shantou also reports the financial reform experimental zone.Regional financial cooperation activities frequently.These actions strengthen regional financial ties among these parties in Haixi Economic Zone and create favorable conditions for regional financial cooperation’s development. Regional financial integration is inevitable requirement for achieving sustainable development in Hercynian Economic Zone, and is also important cornerstone to promote the integration of Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone.In this paper, on the basis of the interpretation of regional financial integration theory connotation, it draws and learns from the experiences of the regional financial cooperation at home and abroad. Supplemented by the empirical analysis of the space-time point of view, it reviews three periods of Haixi Economic Zone’s financial development and analyses the necessary of development of regional financial integration and the financial geographic distribution status. The paper explores future ideas and models from the point of view of the government, financial institutions and enterprises to discuss relevant policies promoted the Haixi financial integration. Domestic and overseas regional financial integration development’s models and experience are for reference fully, it is combined with the situation of West Coast Economic Zone, and it puts forward a developing mode of "one line". it coordinates finance through the independent third party on the surface.it makes use of the urban integration development for the linear layout of the construction of coastal cities on the point. With points of contour line and in line with the surface, it promotis the fusion of West Coast Economic Zone’s financial development, and builds the new pattern of West Coast Economic Zone’s financial integration.
