Research On Business Development Of Logistics Finance In Central Plains Economic Region

Logistics finance is an innovative value-added logistics services, is the combination of thefinancial industry and logistics industry, to promote the development of logistics industry, to speed up thedevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises, strengthen the consciousness of innovation offinancial institutions and content to achieve a win-win supply chain enterprises. Logistics financial systemand related technology has been mature in foreign countries, but in our country is still in explore the stagesof development, become the financial and logistics enterprise development, business development spaceand increase the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises an important means. In the supply chain,logistics financial business is an innovative product, the use of financial products to promote logisticsbusiness flow of funds, the funds in the supply chain, improves the operation efficiency, to achieve theintegration of the cash flow, information flow and logistics has made a great contribution.Central plains economic zone construction under the state council issued in2011the state councilabout support to speed up the construction of the central plains economic zone of Henan province guidance“rises for national strategy, since in policy, geography environment and market demand has great potentialand advantage. Contains in its target to speed up the construction of modern comprehensive transportationsystem to promote the development of logistics industry, thus forming the country’s major modernintegrated transport hub and logistics center, the implementation of these cannot leave the financial supportand reform, the development of logistics finance business can make the logistics industry and financialindustry effectively combined, the central plains economic zone needs to develop logistics financialbusiness. At the same time, the central plains economic zone is the logistics industry is not very developed, management level is low, but the Banks have a large number of sources of funds and financial products, tooccupy the dominant position of the business. So, study the central plains economic zone logistics financialbusiness has a strong practical significance. It can drive the central plains economic zone, economicdevelopment and raise the level of the national economy. In this paper can be divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction to research in this paper. First the central plains economic zoneare discussed the research background and research significance of logistics financial business, and thensummarizes on the relevant research results of logistics financial, reviewed the research content and method,and the lack of research pointed out, and then simply illustrates the main content of this article.The second part is the basic theory of logistics financial business, mainly is the theoretical basisof my research, including principal-agent theory, transaction cost theory, supply chain management theoryand the theory of regional logistics and so on.The third part is the development of economic analysis of the importance and necessity oflogistics financial business. First introduced the present situation and trend of development of the logisticsindustry in the central plains economic zone, and then points out that the logistics industry development inthe financial service request, and then analyzes the importance and necessity of the coordinateddevelopment of logistics industry and financial industry, respectively, and analyses the influence of thelogistics industry and financial industry, at last, through data analysis to illustrate the logistics financialbusiness impact on the central plains economic zone’s GDP, through the data obtained in recent years, aregression equation, through the analysis of its elasticity and marginal utility concluded that regionallogistics can affect the central plains economic zone increase of GDP, but didn’t reach the maximum value,its development space is very big, should strengthen the logistics financial development, promote thecentral plains economic zone economic construction. The fourth part is the core content of this article, first analyzed the mode of logistics financialbusiness both at home and abroad, abroad have inventory mortgage financing and accounts receivablefinancing, domestic have a valet settlement services, mortgage, credit guarantee mode and comprehensivebusiness development mode, and enumerates the typical example, then the conception of the central plainseconomic zone to develop logistics financial business model. Finally, combined with the front facing theanalysis of the logistics financial business, and starting from the actual situation of the central plainseconomic zone, put forward some targeted logistics finance development Suggestions.The fifth part is the concluding part of this article. Firstly briefly summarizes the researchconclusion, and then find out the existing problems and the feasible research direction in the future.
