As a socialist country, we must adhere to the guiding position of Marxismdistribution theory. However, due to the basic national conditions of China that we will be inprimary stage of socialism for a long time, it is not provided with the implementation condition ofthe Marxist theory of distribution. We create the distribution policy with Chinesecharacteristics and distribution system based on Marx distribution theory, combinedwith China’s specific national conditions. Depend on the guidance of the distributionsystem, the greet changes had been taken places in economy and the society of ourcountry. people’s living standards have markedly improved, the level of productivitysignificantly increased,comprehensive national strength significantly improve, whichwas useful to consolidate and improve the our socialist system. It shows thecorrectness and vitality of distribution system formed by the Marx distribution theoryin the practice in china. However, with the development of economy, our country alsohas the problem,income disparity especially the income gap between urban and ruralproblem is very renowned which indicates that the present distribution system inChina has not yet fully implemented, they need to be perfected. This requires us tomake full use of the Marx distribution theory to solve the problem of income gapbetween urban and rural areas and to enrich and improve the distribution system withChinese characteristics.This essay reviews the process of Marx’s theory, discusses the Marxdistribution theory’s source, content and specific Chinese process of Marx’s theory indetail. Intension to clarify the suitability of Marx’s theory of China and confirm the truthof the promotion to Chinese economic development and social progress. At the sametime,Marx distribution theory in China cause income distribution and the distributionprocess unfairly in the income gap problem.we must point out that the main body ofthe income gap is the income gap between urban and rural. Causes the problem ofincome gap between urban and rural areas lies in two different economic system, andtherefore, reform the system break two different economic system of urban and ruralareas is inevitable. as the core of the rural system, The rural land system become themain object of system change. Land is the most basic means of agricultural production, is the wealth belongsto farmers, land system related to arousing the enthusiasm of farmers, protecting theland rights of farmers, agricultural production modernization. With the developmentof urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, the rural land systemof the existence of unclear property rights, land disputes, the intensification ofcontradictions of land expropriation system is not reasonable, seriously affected thesocial stability, hindered the development of rural economy. Therefore, the reform ofrural land system is to represent the general trend.In this paper, the reform of the ruralland system made a detailed study, after analyzing a large number of existingachievements and learning from foreign experience, put forward three problems inChina’s reform on rural land system should be paid attention to: effective measuresshould be taken to clear the land property rights, in order to lay the foundation for theright to the contracted management of land circulation and protect the legitimaterights and interests of farmers; effective measures should be taken to promote theestablishment and development of collective land circulation market,in order to laythe foundation for the increase of farmers’ income and the development of modernagriculture; improve our land expropriation system, standardize government behavior,the acquisition of land proliferation income existing the foundation for the acquisitionof property income of farmers.
