Research On Optimization For Tianwei Group’s Management And Control

Because of the limitation of market demand from a single-industry, an enterprise will encounter bottleneck in the development when its market share is quite high. To realize the enterprise’s dream of becoming bigger and stronger, some enterprises have initiated the second "battlefield" to develop diversified businesses. How to adjust the management mode in order to adapt the enterprise’s development demand in this process has become the guarantee for the enterprise’s sustained and rapid development. Taking Tianwei Group as an example, the paper aims to carry out the professional optimization design for the enterprise’s management and control, explore the management mode of the enterprise’s development, and provide the reference for those enterprises which are developing diversified businesses.The thesis carried out the thorough investigation to the current management situation of Tianwei Group and its business sections in the ways of data analysis, internal interview, questionnaires, communication and discussion. After the detailed analysis, the author summarized7major problems in3parts of Tianwei Group and they are:the rapid expansion is incompatible with the management capabilities, the industry management cannot satisfy the demand of specialization and the evaluation of performance tends to be short-term, etc.But we have to realize that the major problems that Tianwei Group is facing with are inevitable in the developments of any individual enterprise. Therefore, the research to the reform of other enterprises can be used for reference to the management optimization of Tianwei Group. The thesis chose multi-representative enterprises to carry out benchmarking analysis according to the success of the enterprise, business comparability and successful management and operation mode. After the analysis, the author considered that to Tianwei Group, it is a wise choice to lead in divisional organization.Based on the diagnosis and analysis, the author raised24concrete measures focusing on ability enhancement (management and staff) and organization optimization. Besides, considering the barrier property relations, Organization inertia disorder, stability concerns, adjustment disorder and positive barriers in reality, the author also put forward a progressive optimization scheme to carry out the specialized management, which specified the direction of carrying out the specialized management optimization and made clear the implementation steps for Tianwei Group.
