In different periods,power supply companies should adopt assessment methods adapted to their own development and stimulate the work enthusiasm of the group and employees,so as to provide continuous driving force for the sustainable and stable development of the company.The group is the most basic organizational unit of the power supply company.The healthy development of the group is the key to the company's business goals and production goals.His paper takes the M county electricity supply enterprise team management system as the object of study,using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,induction and deduction,and other analysis methods.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current evaluation system structure and existing major problems,the The third-level(company,department,and team)evaluation and the "application of enhanced team assessment results”are the guiding ideology for the optimization of the assessment system.The principle of monthly professional assessment,annual participation,and positive incentives are used to build benchmarks.The evaluation index system is divided into the team's overall ranking of the benchmarks(assessment of the competent departments and power supply stations),the assessment of individual indicators(assessment of all power supply stations),and innovation and performance evaluation(assessment of each competent department,power supply station,and team).After applying the team assessment system to optimize the design,M County's 2017 team achieved a major breakthrough in benchmarking performance,and the overall M team and power supply company's overall team and professional rankings showed an overall upward trend,realizing rapid construction of the company's same team.The promotion has realized the organic integration of team building and professional management,realized the "win-win " of promoting professional management with team-building and building with professional management team,and proved the effectiveness and feasibility of team-based benchmark evaluation system constructed in this paper.
