With the process of economic globalization accelerating, to carry out a widerange of corporate social responsibility in the global scope, promoting corporatesocial responsibility issues and countermeasures of management to a strategic height,has become a necessary theory research and the practice exploration. As a strategictool for sustainable development of enterprises, corporate perform its socialresponsibility is not only the basic way for enterprise to stand on the community, butit is key for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. This shows the enterprise bearthe social responsibility is an inevitable trend of historical development, especially inthe socialist system, corporate social responsibility problem is the key issues protectthe enterprise and social harmony. Corporate social responsibility, including laborrights, product safety, environmental protection, community services, and manyothers. China is in a critical period of economic construction, the lack of corporatesocial responsibility issues is affecting the socio-economic development. Laborconflicts frequently appears, the production security issues worrying more and moreserious, environmental pollution increasing and community contradictions increasing.How to make the enterprises recognize the correctness and rationality to performsocial responsibility issues is the main problem that must be addressed in the currentstage of development. Therefore, I make this study from the employee’s point, byresearching the influence on employee behavior, confirmed enterprises to fulfill theircorresponding responsibilities would own directly or indirectly influence on theirbusiness, and then sounded the alarm for the enterprise. To promote enterprises payclose attention to corporate social responsibility issues, in order to solve their ownsocial responsibility issues as soon as possible.In this study, I recalling and combing extensive literature, Elaborated the closeties among knowledge workers perception of corporate social responsibility, loyaltyof knowledge workers and their job performance, and then develop a model of therelationship between them, come up with the mediating effect of employee loyalty. Inorder to test these hypotheses, I conducted a small sample to analysis, finally get aevaluation index system, and then do empirical research by using the data from thequestionnaire. Using the SPSS18.0and AMOS18.0to test reliability and validity ofthe scale, the results show that the scale has a good reliability and validity. Accordingto the research models and assumptions, data analysis results, we get the followingconclusions: The performance of the corporate social responsibility on theknowledge-based employee loyalty and job performance has a significant positiveimpact; Loyalty of the employees also have a significant positive impact on theemployee’s job performance; Corporate perform its social responsibility on employees,and the environment will have an impact on task performance and peripheralperformance of knowledge employees, but this impact is all affect by their loyalty.Corporate fulfill consumer liability can also affect the job performance of knowledgeworkers, only part of this effect is by influencing employees loyalty to achieve.
