Research On Port Supply Chain Cooperation Model Based On Social Network Analysis

Nowadays, with the accelerating pace of regional economic integration, competition is not only limited to two single enterprises, but also extended to supply chains. As the key loop of import and export trade, the compations between port supply chains are becoming more and more fiercer. Every famous port of the world prefers to build port supply chain to achieve market competitive advantages, and what kind of cooperation mode that each node enterprise choose has become the key factor for the whole port supply chain. To solve the above problems and find correct cooperation mode for the nodes of port supply chain, this thiese bulided a port supply chain network model based on SNA theory, carried out a large number for related analysis with SNA method, and the conclusion was used as the basis of how to choose the cooperation mode for the node enterprises, it would raise the effectiveness of the cooperation mode.Firstly, this thesis analysed the correlational studies about SNA which was applied to supply chain, exponded the theory, research categories and development progess of SNA, explained related theories about port supply chain management and the network structure, and introduced the related analysis methods of game model. Secondly, the data, which was used for building the port supply chain network, was collected by the survey of business process and experts structured interviews. SNA theory was used to analyse every node and the whole network structure. Thirdly, the thesis builded the cooperation mode analysis model, and applied the model to the supply chain network constructed in this thiese. The analysis model was divided into information sharing mode analysis model and profit allocation mode analysis model. Thereinto, information sharing mode analysis model applied SNA relevant methods to find out the nodes which information gathered with the perspective of government regulation, then the information sharing mode could be determined. While the profit allocation pattern analysis mode should build game model for analysis according to the results of the SNA. Then suggestions about cooperation mode between the port supply chain nodes in the model were proposed on the basis of the above analysis results.Lastly, the thesis carried out the case study on the the port supply chain cooperation mode analysis model, which took the port supply chain network built in advance for example. The result proves the effectiveness of the proposed model. And the conclusion could also provide the port supply chain nodes with the basis of building the right cooperation mode.
