Node Enterprise's Competition And Cooperation Game Analysis In Supply Chain

Supply chain is one kind of open large-scale distributed systems. Supply chain management is a new management approach to the relations of enterprises in nature, which emphasizes the importation of co-competition. This dissertation studies on co-competition of the node enterprises in supply chain, with principles and methods of game theory and information economics. The research is made as following:1. This dissertation paper defines the concept, gives the traits and types of Supply chain, and expatiates the spirit of SCM .This section also presents the main content of this thesis, based on some evidence of achievement and trend of researches in SCM and Game theory.2. This thesis makes a detailed statement on the basic concepts of Game theory and introduces the history of Game theory and the core and foundation of Game theory. Applying Game theory to supply chain, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the feasibility study, and concludes it is entirely feasible.3. Providing the basis of the corresponding decision for the node enterprises in supply chain, this thesis studies the classic competition game models among the enterprises and makes an analysis of the expansion and application on the competition game models.4. By making a systematic analysis of the foundation course of cooperation Game, this thesis makes a key research on the bargaining game model between the manufacturers and the suppliers. More advanced Principal-agent model is adopted in this paper, and under incentive mechanism the feasible interests of the whole are maximized.
