The employment problem is one of the important issues in the economic development of a country,and in China as most populous country, the agricultural country, the employment problem of the farmers,is particularly important. Since China’s reform and opening up, especially in nearly a decade, with theacceleration of rural industrialization, urbanization, modernization,"land-lost farmers this group alsowill produce. Once farmers lost their land, but also loses the main economic source for a family tosurvive for a long time. In the short term, landless and unemployed farmers can eke out a living by one-off resettlement cost, real life level is not significantly lower.
