| The agrochemical service is a kind of service that uses agricultural chemical products as the carrier to provide farmers the scientific methods and techniques of using agricultural products. The Agrochemical service begins when the development of agricultural chemistry and modern agriculture comes to a certain stage. As an important part of the transition of physical and chemical technology products into practical productive forces, it is also very important for the sustainable development of agrochemical enterprises.Agrochemical services include soil testing, fertilizer technology, cultivation techniques, pest and disease control, and so on. People engaged in agrochemical service are large in number, including agricultural and technical personnel, agribusiness dealers, and so on. With the continuous development of the production, the requirements of agricultural services are increasingly high. Due to the large difference in consumers-farmers, agricultural production technical content is increasingly high in order to do a good job in agricultural services. It requires practitioners to enhance learning, propose solutions to problems for the emerging problems in the production; it requires professional knowledge and modern management and marketing tools, the organic integration of service with sales, the strong support and the organic integration of the relevant departments and all levels of government.Confronting the present difficulties of farmers’ buying and using chemical fertilizer, the chaos of the agricultural material market, their weak motivation of farming, the speeding of the transition of farmlands, it is also a new to-be-solved problem against some mistakes of the present agrochemical services and the needs of serving the new market. Based on this, out of the study of previous studies, we conduct the theoretical and empirical studies of modern chemical fertilizer enterprises in terms of their agricultural services. This research studies related trend in this field, clarify the concept of agricultural services, the importance of agrochemical services in enterprise development and related theoretical problems, and use the HuBei New Yangfeng Fertilizer Stock CO.,LTD and its relevant distributors as example to analyze the function, effect and problem of agrochemical service. The results of this research are as follows,(1)Agrochemical service is an important component of the full development of agrochemical enterprises. It is the technical guarantee of the application of agrochemical products and plays an important role in enlarging enterprise influence, consolidating and developing market, developing enterprises. The problems that most modern chemical fertilizer enterprises have in their agrochemical services are:①modern fertilizer enterprises do not recognize the importance and the whole system of agrochemical services,②sales staffs lack of knowledge of the market,③inadequate investment and equipment in agrochemical services,④the low status and treatment in agrochemical service sector status⑤low quality of distributors,⑥the lack of theoretical knowledge, practical experience and the overall quality,⑦difficulty of peasants organizations,⑧the imperfect agricultural service system,⑨social relations impact.(2) A comprehensive analysis of the typical enterprise shows that, the agrochemical service investment and enterprise product sales (R1) and corporate profits (R2) is a significant positive correlation (R1=0.9850**, R2=0.9560**); The ratio of agrochemical service investment against enterprise product sales is1.17188, i.e., each RMB1.00input would increase production volume by1.17188tons. Agriculture input v.s. corporate profit is1:248.34, that is, each RMB1.00would bring RMB248.24in corporate profit. Value the agriculture service will benefit the development of an enterprise, and vice verse.(3) Agricultural material distributors are the main force for modern chemical fertilizer enterprises to develop agrochemical service, and a key factor for the network development of agrochemical service. To guide and provoke agricultural material distributors to expand agrochemical service is an important manner to increase the market share of the sales agents and optimize the personal income, and an important way to gain a win-win situation for enterprises and agricultural material distributors.The comprehensive analysis of typical agricultural material distributors shows that, the input of agriculture service is positively related to the sales volume (R1) and personal income (R2), both at significant level (R1=0.9139**, R2=0.9749**).(4) The study indicates that the method of agrochemical service has great effect on agrochemical service. Compared to single labor, the trained people for united network system are166times more, increased from600to over100,000, and the workload is decreased by60%.(5) The Effect of agrochemical services is closely related to agrochemical services team working conditions, living conditions, level of knowledge, funding, policies and regulations, and corporate culture construction.To strengthen the agrochemical services, relevant policies and regulations must be improved, investment must be increased. The enterprises should improve the agrochemical service staffs’ working conditions and living conditions and pay attention to update the staffs’ knowledge. Working conditions includes hardware and software construction. The hardware conditions include publicity facilities, traffic conditions and related living conditions. The software conditions include the contents of the system construction, cultural construction, etc. Corporate culture construction has a major impact on agrochemical service team.(6)" CEEUSRO " is an important way of strengthening the agrochemical team building.
