| Development of modern industrial agriculture is the basic way to increase farmer’s income. The application of agricultural high-tech and advanced agricultural service system are the key aspects in promoting the construction of modern agriculture. Thus, the perfection degree and the range of agricultural services can reflect the development level of a country’s agricultural modernization.Traditional agricultural services is fertilizer product-oriented, and mainly for guiding farmers for scientific fertilization, cultivation and management. With the deepening of agricultural modernization, agricultural production exert various patterns under the circumstances of land circulation and agricultural supplies electricity. Based on the agrochemical service practice in the Sinochem Northwest Branch, analyzing the characteristics through collecting technical data and reviewed the literatures, form, and the advantages and disadvantages of the major mode of present agrochemical service(agricultural technology training, demonstration test, the measured soil fertility and cooperation with agricultural schools). Moreover, the development tendency of the agrochemical service system was investigated under the new situation of the modern agricultural. Major results obtained were as follows:Firstly, the positive responses to the agrochemical service system demonstrated the important role of the agrochemical service system in the operations of the fertilizer enterprises. Besides, based on the questionnaire survey and data processing, it was found that the implement of agrochemical service system largely promoted the company’s product sales, profits, customer’s structure and dealer recognition.Secondly, although the four main modes of agricultural services were different, but they were interdependent. Combined with the advantages of them and jointly implement activities are of great significance for the company to carry out and improve agricultural activities. By reviewing literature and technical data, the advantages and disadvantages of four main modes of the present stage of agricultural services system were compared(e.g. agricultural training, demonstration test, the measured soil fertility, and cooperation and exchange). Agricultural training and test soil fertility were directly implemented to dealers and farmers in villages and towns, obtained excellent market response, and has less input and less difficulty in implementing. However, it was usually lack of unified planning, which result in duplication of work, and has less impact on the expansion of the company and the ability of service personnel, thus carried out mainly in small and medium enterprises. Demonstration test, cooperation and exchanges often focused on county-level dealers and big grower, which need large input and difficult to carry out activities. However, they have great importance in enhancing the ability of company’s research and personnel service, thus mostly carried out in large fertilizer companies.Thirdly, only by constantly improving agricultural services system will be able to better serve the development of modern agriculture. In modern agricultural development to agricultural cooperatives, farming company model will be more common in the future, agricultural electricity supplier operating strategy has gradually been improved, and agricultural services will no longer only serve fertilizer product, and firstly serve to farmers. It will be focused more on on different areas of the entire crop harvest solutions. At the same time, agricultural service system will be in the new form to show to the agricultural enterprises and farmers and agricultural enterprises through the integration of the advantages of the parties, and development of themselves, and thus better service to modern agriculture.In summary, firstly, the data illustrated that agricultural service system play an important role in fertilizer companies, secondly the article exhaustively explains the main mode and describes the advantages and disadvantages of agricultural services, finally we explore the trend of modern agricultural in the new situation agricultural service system,based on the relationship between agricultural service system and the level of modern agriculture.The article is aimed to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the promotion of agricultural service system and to extend the supply of agricultural service system. |
