| Since1980s, with the rapid development of national economy, our real estate market isdeveloping rapidly too in our country. Real estate prices are soaring, and some areas evenappear high demand for investment. When the real estate bubble is more and more serious,there is a problem, which whether the bank credit markets would be able to deal with thepotential risks arising in the future steadily and then adopt countermeasures, needs us toseriously study.Compared with other provinces, the real estate market of Jilin province is smaller, but itstill develops blindly and grows excessively. So that it is important to research and preventreal estate credit risks. The stress test is employed on assessing the possible extreme influenceof the real estate market in Jilin Province in this article. And it is of great significance to thebank system to resist the risks that caused by the possible and harmful condition.The first chapter is the introduction section; it mainly elaborated the researchbackground, significance, current situation, goal and methods, etc. The second chapter is thetheoretical part, first it summarize the relevant concepts of real estate credit risks, and then itdescribes the reasons, characteristics and produce channels of the real estate credit risks. Thethird chapter introduces the transmission mechanism of real estate credit risks and the theoryand application of the stress test to lay a good foundation for the next chapter. The forthchapter is the most important part in this article, the stress test is employed on assessing thebanking system of real estate credit by establishing a test model which is suitable for JilinProvince. The fifth chapter gives corresponding real estate credit risk preventive measures. |
