With the development of economic and the acceleration of urbanization, the traditional sale pattern of vegetable firms has encountered some new challenges. Therefore, how to make the connection between vegetables production and sales, and how to satisfy the various demand of consumers, which are the main problems to be solved.In this paper, we examinee the history and current status of the development of China’s vegetable growing enterprises based on the research about vegetable sales which done by domestic and international scholars. Then we summarized these enterprises’main characteristics and main problems.Then we researched about the necessity and possibility of the vegetable planting and transformation of enterprise sales model. findings of this article, Hangzhou vegetable growing existing sales model as the representative of a farmers market retail model, and distribution on behalf of the direct sales model and agriculture super-docking mode three, there is market resistance, a lower degree of organization in the market, higher logistics costs, weak infrastructure and personnel aging and other outstanding problems in the actual operation, and high-end, personalized and resource integration vegetable growing enterprise sales model transformation direction. To Hangzhou CY, for example, the related theories, a more systematic presentation of the design of the diverse complementary sales model, its specific content, including direct sales model, portable book mode, technical support mode and one pattern, and further raise the funds that may exist in the implementation process, risk control, channel conflict, logistics system upgrades and other issues put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
