December11,2001, China has formally joined the WTO, it indicates that China is not divorced from Global trade circle, the process of global economic integration has been accelerated. The globalization of the economy has further exacerbated in the international market, the quality of products and service levels have also become the focus of competition between enterprises. A strong national competitiveness depends on the competitiveness of domestic enterprises to a large extent, and the enterprise quality level has become the key factor of corporate competitiveness.China’s manufacturing enterprises have developed more than several ten years of rapid growth, and gradually strengthened, some manufacturing enterprises have become the "Global500". However, we should be clearly recognize that vast majority of our manufacturing enterprises are very weak, most of our "Global500" enterprises are large and medium sized state-owned or resources monopolistic enterprises, compared with Western countries, our strong manufacturing enterprise is very few, therefore, our country’s manufacturing enterprises need more skills to enhance the intrinsic economic strength. Especially for our stainless steel manufacturing enterprises, although the yield and scale have reached the international leading level, but the quality of our products, innovation ability and level of profitability are still weak, we still have a long way to reach international leading level.The paper introduces Lean Six Sigma process with Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control five steps and the using of Six Sigma tools. The core content of article is based on the analysis of Lean Six Sigma project "reducing the2SP SUS430BA downgrade rate".how to effectively integrate Lean Production and Six Sigma. The significance of the paper is that business management and quality management are linked together through Lean Six Sigma management, change the phenomenon of quality into data analyze, analyze collected data with Six Sigma tools and finally make a standard file. Through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in this paper, solve the quality problems have long plagued the company, it can also be applied to similar enterprises.
