In knowledge economy age, emerging productive factors, such as technology, knowledge and information, translate into enterprise new factor capital through market mechanism. New factor capital plays more and more important roles during the enterprise production and operation process. New factor capital itself can not create value for enterprises, must with the aid of human capital it can be turned into realistic productivity. The growth of enterprises is the result of combined action of the traditional elements of human capital, financial capital, physical capital and new factor capital, technology capital, information capital, knowledge capital. Appropriate increase the proportion of new factor capital, reduce the proportion of traditional capital in the enterprise capital allocation, to maximize enterprise value, keep the enterprise continuous growth, becomes the enterprise and its stakeholders common concern issues. And it is also the primary task for the enterprise financial management.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and case analysis, research approach followed "definition—literature review——theoretical basis analysis——practice test——countermeasure and suggestion", research on the relationship between the scale human capital and enterprise growth, and discusses the various factors of enterprise capital, the level of human capital allocation to enterprise growth. The theoretical study is based on factors of capital theory as a starting point, through a synthesis of existing research results on factors of capital theory, human capital theory and the theory of enterprise growth, build the theoretical basis of this research; Case analysis mainly choose Qingdao Haier Co., LTD as sample, through the description of the sample enterprises, human capital scale data collection and analysis, to explore sample enterprise scale and enterprise growth, the relationship between human capital analysis of the role of human capital size.and enterprise growth mechanism. Case analysis indicate that sample enterprises have low level of capital allocation for new factor capital, its scale of human capital is low and its structure is not reasonable, the growth of the enterprise comes from a lower level of human capital investment. Verify the argument of this article:Under the condition of constant firm size, may be the more employees of enterprises the lower technology levels. Under the condition of constant total capitalization, the larger human capital scale, the worse enterprise growth. Fifth part:conclusion and suggestion.The main contribution of this paper is:Based on the elements capital theory, from elements factor capital optimization and configuration perspective, analyses the scale human capital and enterprise growth, to clarify the relationship between the scale human capital and enterprise growth in new economic situation. And through the case analysis to examine the relationship between the scale human capital and enterprise growth, form more comprehensive and complete understanding on enterprise growth, is helpful to guide growth-oriented enterprises human capital management practices, provide decision reference for companies optimizing factor capital allocation, converting business practice mode, creating core competitive advantage, keeping sustainable growth.
