The Research On Team Building Of Qingdao Yinzuo Triumphant Pleased Hotel

With the development of society and technology, team building plays an important role in project management theories. Nowadays, all kinds of team building theories have been used widely in reality, which is helpful for the practical work. Also the practical work could revise theories from a more realistic view. The project is being diversification and complex, in order to meet the requirement of the new era and challenges, a new management system and methods should be put forward.The present thesis is based on the project of Qingdao Yinzuo Triumphant Pleased Hotel and combined with the knowledge of project management theory, modern management theory and human resource management theory, and it talks about some questions and problems with the project management and team building.Firstly, the present thesis summarizes the project of Qingdao Yinzuo Triumphant Pleased Hotel, including the background and the team structure, thereby discussing the problems during the team building. Secondly, the present thesis analyzes the processing of this project by discussing the aim, and principal of the team building. Then it puts forward four ways to help the project to complete, including the work of project manager, performance management, motivation management and contradictory management.At the end, the present thesis comes to following conclusions:1. Different team building methods apply to different project, it means, an appropriate method is supposed to be used according to the real needs.2. Problems which are confronted by Qingdao Yinzuo Triumphant Pleased Hotel are not particular, it also could be found in other projects. In this way, some measurement should be taken to solve the problems, such as recruiting outstanding leaders, a well-structure human resource, a good team belief, a perfect communication channel and an excellent enterprise culture.3. A scientific team building theory could reinforce the team cohesiveness, which could lead the project to a successful way, then realize the aim of project. Also, the enterprise will be benefit from it.4. The management of team building is based on the theories, but also need to put on the practical work together, and then revise the theories.Based on the statement above, the conclusion of this thesis is not only be right in a specific project, but also could be used in other hotel projects, which has definite instruct meaning.
