Panel Date Analysis And Evaluation Research On Rural Economic Growth In Shandong Province

In recent years, China’s rural economic development has made a very significant achievement. With the development of the rapid economic, the differences in economic development of rural areas among different provinces and regions is also growing. Shandong Province is a developed agricultural province, the total agricultural output value in the country as a whole has been the top row. This article selects Shandong Province as the research object, in the context of the rural economic system reform, aiming at the study of Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth and factors affecting the development and suggestions on accelerating economic growth in rural areas in Shandong Province. In this paper, the method of descriptive analysis and empirical analysis are used, firstly the article describes current situation and existing problems in Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth, and then uses the method of SWOT to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth. In addition, the Panel Data model empirical analysis is used in the Panel Data of Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth, and finally on the article put forward the corresponding the ideas and practices on how to accelerate the development of rural economy in Shandong Province. The text is divided into six parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduction. This section describes the topics of the theory, the significance of the topic and the research status, and then the research ideas, research methods, as well as innovative and shortcomings.Part Ⅱ:Related concepts with a brief review in rural areas. This section examines the understanding of the connotation of economic growth and the rural economic growt.The last-exhaustive list of research results on the theory of economic growth in rural areas are on the list, and a brief review of these theoretical results.Part Ⅲ:Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth current situation and SWOT analysis. This section make a description of the existing problems of the status of Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth and corresponding description, then make SWOT analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Shandong Province Rural Economic Growth on this basis, concluded:Shandong the province’s comprehensive agricultural production capacity has improved, the agricultural structure is more reasonable, but due to various factors such as resource and institutional constraints it is essential to further to promote the development of agriculture in Shandong Province, and also necessary to develop appropriate Policy Directions.Part Ⅳ:The influencing factors of the economic growth in rural areas and the impact mechanism. This section tests the mechanism of action of economic growth by the empirical analysis of economic growth in rural areas in Shandong Province, regression analysis showed that the combined effect of human capital, the level of savings,The degree of industrialization and net income of farmers in rural areas economy are positive and significant, labor impact is negative and insignificant, the degree of influence of foreign investment in rural economic growth is limited.Part Ⅵ:Evaluation of the economic growth in rural areas in Shandong Province. This part begins with an overview of the comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy method, gray relation analysis, and then builds the evaluation model of economic growth in rural areas of Shandong Province, deriving the results of the evaluation about rural economic growth of17cities of Shandong Province from2001to2010based on the method of gray correlation.Part Ⅶ:Ideas and suggestions of accelerating rural economic development in Shandong Province. This section put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for more than part of the results of the analysis of economic growth in rural areas of Shandong Province, we should continue to promote the process of urbanization in rural areas, strengthen the basic inputs of the rural production, and continuously improve residents quality of education in rural areas and the technological content of agricultural scientific, and establish and improve the service system in rural areas and rural economic system reform.
