Evaluation Of Industrial Capacity Of Wanjiang City Belt

Industrial transfer is an effective way to optimize industrial spatial distribution and promote the coordinated development of regional economy.The industrial undertaking demonstration zone of Wanjiang City Belt has been officially included in the national strategic planning since 2010.In the past ten years,Wanjiang City Belt has seized the development opportunity,actively attracted investment and enjoyed a good momentum of economic development.Undertaking industrial transfer can stimulate economic development,but it may also cause some damage to the environment.Therefore,combining with the concept of green development,comprehensively evaluate the industrial undertaking capacity of Wanjiang City Belt,analyze the change of industry capacity and the difference between cities to find out the obstacle factors,improving the ability of industry to accept,so as to let the industrial undertaking exert the maximum economic effect while reducing the damage to the environment,practice the concept of green development,and finally realize the sustainable economic development.This paper firstly sorts out relevant literature and analyzes the current situation of economic development and industrial undertaking in Wanjiang City Belt.The panel data model was used to calculate the economic and environmental effects of industrial undertaking in Wanjiang City Belt.Combining with the results of effect analysis,the ecological capacity was taken as an important index of undertaking capacity evaluation,and the evaluation index system of industrial undertaking capacity was established in Wanjiang City Belt.The comprehensive development index model was used to study the time series of the undertaking capacity of Wanjiang City Belt from2009 to 2018,and find out the obstacle factors of each year.The factor analysis method was used to study the spatial difference of the industrial undertaking capacity of each city in Wanjiang City Belt in 2018,and comprehensively evaluated the industrial undertaking capacity of Wanjiang City Belt.Finally,based on the evaluation results,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on the industrial development of Wanjiang City Belt.The research conclusions are as follows:The industrial undertaking of Wanjiang City Belt has a positive and positive promoting effect on the local economic development,but has certain damage to the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the industrial undertaking capacity in combination with the concept of green development.On the whole,the industrial capacity of Wanjiang City Belt has been steadily improved from 2009 to 2018,and its capacity to undertake the transfer of foreign industries has been constantly enhanced.Industrial attraction is the main obstacle to industrial undertaking in Wanjiang City Belt.There are obvious differences in industrial capacity among cities.The development pattern of "One axis,Two cores and Two wings" needs to be further implemented.Hefei and Wuhu,as the two cores of development,have a high level of undertaking,while other cities have a relatively low capacity of undertaking.To greendevelopment in the future development in the first place,each city to undertake industry shift to find their own position,close contact with Yangtze river delta and central regions,better play to the industry to undertake economic effect,reduce the industry to undertake the negative effect on the environment,thus improve the wan jiang city belt acceptance capability of the industry,promote the development of regional economy continues to improve.
