With the slowdown of market increment and continually development of competitive enterprises, supply needs gradually exceeded demand needs in cleaning technology services. To BS Company, it was caught in price competition and its profit margins declined faster; under this situation, with the development of new markets and new technologies, an enterprise could fully bring new changes to business strategy and marketing approach if it was able to applicant the theory of mature business management and new marketing methods flexibly. Thus, there was a need for improvement of marketing strategy to address marketing issues, seek new profit and development.In this paper, the author studies major problems in marketing management by analyzing enterprise marketing situation and environment with the knowledge of marketing theory and system analysis tools. Meanwhile, he identified SWOT in enterprise. Large-scale project based high-end market should be the objective of the enterprise; combined with years of experience in technical services and business characteristics, the author studied on cleaning service marketing strategies, including product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy, channel strategy and differentiated marketing strategy.At length, the paper discusses the guarantee methods for marketing tactics implement from some perspective such as organization frame, regulation system, and encouraging policy, which aim to be helpful advice to Blue Star marketing and other cleaning enterprises.
