Under the background of the continuous improvement of market economy,market competition will become more and more full,thus forming more and more competitive pressure on the development of the original enterprises in the market.Therefore,in the context of supply-side reform,how to make use of the resource advantages of enterprises and external development opportunities to optimize the competitive strategy,so as to improve the ability to cope with market competition has become the focus of many enterprises,including MJ cleaning company.Nan'an MJ Cleaning Service Co.,Ltd.is the only sanitation company with Grade A qualification in this city,although there are certain scale advantages in the market competition.However,competition from local and foreign sanitation enterprises has also brought tremendous development pressure to MJ Cleaning Service Co.,Ltd.This paper discusses the problems and environmental conditions faced by MJ cleaning company in the design of market competition strategy.Finally,the possible risks in implementing market competition strategy of MJ cleaning company are analyzed,and the organizational safeguard measures are put forward.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn: At present,MJ Procter & Gamble Company has implemented a cost-leading strategy based on large-scale procurement;at the same time,because MJ Procter & Gamble Company carries out more types of business,the company has also adopted a multi-point attack strategy in the market competition.However,the existing problems in the implementation of the company's competitive strategy are as follows: the implementation effect of the cost strategy is not good,and the homogenization of cleaning services is more prominent.Secondly,through the macro-environment analysis from the political,economic,social and technological perspectives,we can see that the current development of cleaning industry has a good macro-environment.Through the analysis of Porter's Five Forces Competition Model,it can be seen that MJ cleaning company has great competition pressure in cleaning,garbage disposal,property management and household service business as a whole.Thirdly,MJ cleaning company's competitive strategy includes: total cost structure leading strategy,main business differentiation strategy.The implementation measures of MJ cleaning company's competitive strategy include: using scale economy to reduce procurement costs,using scope economy to reduce comprehensive costs,exerting experience curve effect to reduce management costs.Finally,the risks of MJ cleaning company's competitive strategy implementation include: the higher cost of differentiation strategy,the greater difficulty of management,and the relative decentralization of resources.In view of the existing risks,the implementable organizational safeguard measures include strengthening human resources development,cost control,improving organizational system and building enterprise crisis culture.In this paper,based on the case of Nan'an MJ Cleaning Service Co.,Ltd.,based on the systematic analysis of the implementation status of its competitive strategy and the internal and external environment,it has developed its choice of market competition strategy.Through the research in this paper,it can provide a direct reference for Nan'an MJ Cleaning Service Co.,Ltd.to choose a scientific market competition strategy,which is of practical significance for promoting the competitiveness of enterprises in the cleaning business market and ultimately promoting the development of enterprises.In addition,the research conclusions of this paper can also play a certain reference role for the design of competitive strategies for other local cleaning companies,thus extending the application value of the research.
