| The global economy shows an integration trend since thebeginning of the21stcentury, and the medicine circulation market is fullof complex and changing competitions. How to deal with the challengefrom competitors, enhance their competitive advantages and build thecore competitiveness is an essential strategy problem for medicinecirculation enterprises. Taking an international medicine trading companyas an example, by the combined method of document studying,concluding and deducting, qualitative and quantitative, and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation, the thesis puts forward the medicinecirculation enterprise ERP implementation idea and development strategyin view of the medicine circulation industry development opportunitiesand threats, as well as its own advantages and disadvantages. The thesisconcludes that the problems such as Information Island, low informationinteract, lack of valid data and so on, exist in the process of medicalenterprises informatization transformation. To come over those problems,the thesis proposes many solutions.
