Scientific and technical innovation is the main impetus of national prosperity, social progress and enterprise development. The research of the enterprise innovation should be in step with time, and constantly updates content and method. With the advancement of knowledge economy, the innovative activity often behaves the character of complex system such as uncertainty and emergence, so it has very important theoretical and practical significance to study the enterprise’s innovation systematically from the complexity science point of view. The thesis carries out a comprehensive research to the basic mechanism and behavior model of logistics enterprise’s innovation based on the complex adaptive system theory for authentication, which is the latest and most important results from the complexity science system.This thesis demonstrates the complex and adaptive future of logistics enterprise’s innovation based on the complex adaptive system (CAS) theory, points out that the scientific and technical innovative system of logistics enterprise is a complex and adaptive system. It is very necessary and viable to study the science and technology innovative system using the theory and method of CAS. On the basis of existing achievements of innovative system, the thesis defines the theoretical connotation of logistics enterprise scientific and technical innovation system, points out its multi-agent, adaptive, integrated, multi-level, openness, nonlinear and self-organized characteristics. And then it constructs the stimulation response model of logistics enterprise’s innovative activity, builds the quantitative model of innovative agents interaction which describes the flowing of agents’ resources, the selection of strategy, non-linear feedback interaction. It reveals the mechanism of interaction among innovative agents. On that basis, it constructs three-tiered-echo model and develops quantitative description of the innovation system’s adjustment process. It pointes out that the interactions among innovative agents and the mutual adaptation between system and environment is causing the technological innovative system’s complexity. Then the thesis puts forward the different behavioral patterns on the agents and the innovative system from the endogenous-style and the symbiotic-style perspective. The next the thesis elaborates the computer simulation platform-repast, combined with the present situation logistics enterprise innovative activities, it develops a conceptual model of technology innovative system, divides the science&technology innovation system into four categories, designs evaluative and developmental simulation experiment of system, simulates the formation processes of innovative system. Then the thesis addresses the influence factor on the collaborative evolution of system is technical potential difference, the policy and technical supports from the government and logistics association, innovation incentive mechanism. The research will direct the innovation of relevant logistics enterprise and the building of information system of logistics industry to some extent.
