Research On Strategy Of Forestry Product Export Coordinating With Environment

With the development of world economy and international trade, the conflict between trade and environment is more and more attention by countries all over the world. It is generally believed that the cause of environmental problems is the environment factor o as a kind of resource cost no counted into the product cost of production, causing the distortion of the product price and leading to environmental resources without effective configuration, environmental resources used indiscriminately, finally leading to environmental problems. Therefore, in order to solve conflict of trade and environment, environmental elements as a factor considering the production of the product production process is necessary.Making environmental resources to reflect its real value and its using can be market-oriented, environment caused by the improper utilization of the environment and resources can be improved. China is one of the world’s biggest processing and export power of wood forest products production. Wooden forest products export bring huge economic benefits for our country,at the same time, conflict also exists in China’s wooden forest products trade and environment.This paper analysis the current situation of trade and environment, forest products trade and sustainable development.Then on the basis of H-0model including in the environmental elements and trade based on the theory of three kinds of effects to the environment, we analysis the current conflict between export trade and environmental protection, the problems focused on unsustainable drawing materials, serious environmental pollution, and trade barriers for our export product made by developed countries constraints. Unsustainable drawing materials are not conducive to sustainable development of forest. Serious pollution in the production process is serious injury to a domestic environment. Being bound by trade barriers from developed countries is the comprehensive affected of all aspects of the problem in the woody forest products trade. The root cause is that environmental cost internalization degree in forest products trade is not enough and the price of the product is not fully reflect the real value of the environment. So in order to coordinate export trade and environmental protection, fully realized environment cost is the fundamental measure. This paper has carried on the brief analysis to the environmental costs of woody forest products on the basis of environmental economics. Then we roughly calculated the environmental cost of the wooden forest products in China in recent years. We find in the current environment cost internalization degree, price of woody forest products export is not fully reflect the true value of environmental resources, and environmental costs in export trade need to be further to the internalization. Next this paper analyses completely the internalization of environmental cost how to impact on the export. Then we give coping strategies for how to realize completely internalization of environmental cost. The last is the conclusion.
