The RK Hospital in Guangxi is a A-class and three-level hospital, whether mechanical medical equipment or medical personnel’s quality has very strong strength. With the rapid development of social economy, the deepening of the reform of medical system, strengthening scientific management, improving the management level of hospital, and meeting the people’s demand for health care system has become the inevitable choice for hospital competition. How to maintain the dominant position largely depends on the hospital management level. As an important part of RK Hospital, improving middle-class managers personnel quality and ability have been imminent.The study object of this article is the RK hospital Middle-class Managers Competency.
