Since the1990s the service outsourcing industries begun emerge and flourisharound the world. At present, China has realized the significance of serviceoutsourcing for economical sustainable development. The government emphasizedthat the service outsourcing industries should be took seriously and accelerated thegrowth in work report. Chinese government in2006started “thousand-hundred-tenproject” on service outsourcing. In2009the government started to construct thedemonstration cities of service outsourcing in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Nanchangand the others, and included the service outsourcing in “second five-year” plan at thesame year. Jiangxi province is one of the most important provinces in the rise ofcentral China. Service outsourcing is regarded as a low-carbon green industry, whichis effective in easing the pressure of energy saving and environmental protection, aswell as promoting independent innovation and coordinated development. Developingservice outsourcing do not only be highly consistent with the aim of the constructionplan, but also make contribute to the interactive development among modern service,industry and agriculture in Jiangxi.The purpose of this thesis is to research the development patterns and strategiesof Jiangxi’s service outsourcing. The text firstly state the concept, classify, characters,overseas and domestic research status of service outsourcing. Then the text in-depthanalyze the development patterns of domestic demonstration cities such as Shanghai,Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, etc, and the main undertaking countries like India andIreland, starting with the current state and prospect of international outsourcingdevelopment. In the meantime, the SWOT method is used to multianalyze theadvantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threatens of service outsourcingdevelopment in Jiangxi, and make comparison between Jiangxi and Jiangsu in thequantity, structure, environment, employees, scale and cost. At last the text concludethe success experience of service outsourcing in other regions for these developing inJiangxi in the future.The thesis state about Jiangxi pattern in multiple respects: talents training mode,business option mode, overseas market-expanding mode, carrier construction mode,etc. Through the research, the thesis hold the view that Jiangxi should carry out thestrategy of outsourcing talents in advance, which means it is necessary to make use ofthe talent training experience to establish a plateau where service outsourcing talentsis flowing. This measure could help to lay a firm foundation for industrialdevelopment and brand building. Eventually, enterprise could be attracted and formindustrial cluster.
