Wind Power Project Risk Evaluation And Policy Research Of NingXia Electrical Power Investment Group Co.LTD Taiyangshan

In recent years, wind power has been becoming in popular with the popularity of clean energy,meanwhile,the wind power technology also increasingly well formed.Chinese’s government has given great attention and policy incentives for wind power projects development,accompanied by highly enthusiasm for wind power investment.TaiYangShan wind projects is one of the important project of Ningxia electric power investment group co.LTD., this project plays an important role in improve economy beneflts,optimize the industrial structure and promote sustainable development of Ningxia electric power investment group co.LTD. Although there are some difficulties in wind power projects investments like high investment.long construction period,complex technology and so much influence factors, it still has great significance for risk analysis and policy research of wind power projects.This article explained related theory and methodology of risk assessment first, and compared several common methods of risk evaluation from advantages and disadvantages.second, this article also take considering of economic conditions and available wind power resources in Wuzhong city, besides, the general situation of wind power projects development in Ningxia district and the development process of TaiYangShan wind power project is critical to this research topic. In addition, this thesis also concluded five characteristics of wind power projects such as environment risk,technology risk, operational risk,management risk and economic risk. Meanwhile, using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the index weight at all levels of the wind power project risk evaluation seems practical, then the risk evaluation model is established.It proved that the wind power project risk is medium, the most important factor is environmental risk, followed by the technical risk, then was the economic risk, operation risk factors and management of risk factors on the minimal impact of the project.In considering of specific risk factors we need to pay attention to the market competition environment risk factors, natural environment risk factors, wind power equipment technical risk factors, and the net power and electricity price risk factors of influence on wind power project risk, finally,we puts forward countermeasures against risks for the project.
