Research On The Evaluation Of Listed Corporation Growth In Xinjiang

Enterprise is the basic economic organization in modern society,it’s also one of theimportant carrier and symbol of the market economy system,it’s healthy and sustainablegrowth is the fundamental pillar of economic prosperity and national prosperity.Therefore,the scholars have concernoned the growth of the enterprise for a long time.People hope to find out some regularity through the study of the process of differententerprise growth, then to regulate and guide the behavior of enterprises,promote theeconomic development. This is the key of enterprise growth theory and also is the power todevelopment. The research on the growth of enterprise is not only an important topic ofacademic circles,but also a hot thing of research on economic theory.Since the found of new China,especially since the reform and opening up, Xinjiang’ssocial and economic development has made great achievements,but when compared withthe eastern region it still has a large gap. Therefore,concern on Xinjiang, especiallyconcerned on the growth of listed company will have very important significance onpromoting the economic development of Xinjiang. Firstly,this paper give the theory ofbusiness growth and the theory of enterprise growth evaluation a summary based onprevious experience and theory.Then we buid our own index system and appraisal model ofenterprise growth,then use the method of principal component analysis to analysis the29listing Corporation of Xinjiang local enterprises and come out a comprehensive evaluationof Xinjiang listing Corporation growth.According to the empirical results we find that the Xinjiang listing Corporation lack ofoverall growth, and the ability to promote the development of the company is not balanced.Finally,we give some policy recommendations according to the conclusion of this article:the government of the Xinjiang autonomous region should increase the market accessthreshold,perfect the market service system and increase investment to encourageinnovation for strengthening the service. The Xinjiang listing Corporation should alsocultivation nterprise culture superiotity,perfect incentive mechanism.
