This title researches how to distribute excessive profitbetween general contractor and sub contractor reasonably and equitably. Anddetermines floating remuneration quota of sub contractor in the cost-plus-fee contract, these can solve the unfair distribution caused by the differences of dominant right, ensure the stability of construction supply chain, and realize the harmonious andsustainable development. This paper is based on existing research of domestic and foreign scholars. First ofall, this title summed up the definition of two-level construction supply chain betweengeneral contractor and sub contractor, and combines with the characteristics of thetwo-level construction supply chain, this paper analyzes its differences with the generalsupply chain and traditional project management. Then this paper defines the excessiveprofit, which is coming from co-creation of general contractor and sub contractor afterparticipating in construction supply chain, and this paper summarizes the principles inthe process of profit sharing. On the basis of that, this paperstructures excessive profit sharing model of two-level construction supply chain, thenanalyzes sharing model qualitatively and quantitatively, in order to highlight thefairness problem, this paper revises sharing model. In order to achieving theapplication of sharing model from theory to practice, this title introduces into the theory of contribution for solving quantitative problems of discount factor in the model, and builds contribution model, this paper introduces the contribution rate modelsuccessful in to excessive profit sharing model, that realizes the excess of excessiveprofit sharing model in practice. At last, this paper applies the modified excessiveprofit sharing model in construction supply chain through actual case studies, acquiresthe excessive profit between general contractor and sub contractor, and this paperanalyzes the factors, which affect the results of sharing, this title also hopes to providethe certain reference value for securing more allocation. This paper is in the perspective of construction supply chain, solves the problemof excessive profit sharing unfairly between general contractor and sub contractor, thatis advantage to enrich the theory system of construction supply chain and richmanagement theory of construction enterprise. And this paper also can arouse thecooperation enthusiasm of the member enterprises in construction supply chain, makesfor coordinating the relationship among the members; this title increases theproductivity of construction supply chain as a whole.
