This research aims to study multi-level supply chain profit allocation by thequantitative method. The supply chain is composed by multiple suppliers, a manufacturer,a distributor and a retailer. This research combines the model analysis and numericalsimulation approach. The following results can be obtained:(1)This research builds the profit model of multi-level supply chain under randomdemand. It dentally analyzes the order quantity, sales and the whole profit of supply chainunder independent decision and centralized decision. The results show that the supplychain can achieve the overall optimal under centralized decision.(2)Profit allocation of multi-level supply chain is studied based on the Shapleyvalue method on the perspective of supply chain alliance. The innovation point is thisresearch focuses on the multi-stage supply chain instead of the secondary supply chainwhich is common in most of the related research. It establishes specific profit distributionmodel of multi-stage supply chain. Finally it studies numerical analysis with MATLABsoftware to verify the results.(3)Profit allocation of multi-level supply chain is studied based on revenue sharingcontract on the perspective of independent decision. This research analyzes the relationshipbetween revenue-sharing contract parameters and wholesale prices. It proposes the costsharing contract to solve the profit distribution among suppliers. Profit allocation model ofmulti-level supply chain is established. Finally, this research verifies the conclusion withMATLAB simulation and numerical analysis. The results of this research provide a new way to solve profit allocation of the supplychain for the experts who focus on the related research. The study also provides a guidelinefor enterprises cooperation and profit allocation action.
