Rural land transfer is the only way to Agricultural production scale, intensificationand industrialization. At present, the market of rural land transfer develop slowly, turnon a small scale, Related system and policy is not sound. The channel relationship ofrural land transfer, that is outflow side to inflow side of rural land transfer that has poorchannel relationship stability, has received a serious challenge of development of ruralland transfer in China. Instability of channel relationship, mean instability of land useright, it Increase the transaction cost and investment risk of rural land transfer. Channelrelationship stability of rural land transfer need to improve. To solve the problem, this paper based on the non-economic dimension, use socialnetwork theory and channel behavioral theory to study the stability of rural land transferchannel relationship. This paper first Analysis and description the dual structure andternary structure of rural land transfer, clear the structure analysis that antecedentvariables to center variables to outcome variable, that is social network variables tochannel behavioral variables to channel relationship stability variables. Using structuralequation model analysis method, this paper combined with previous research experienceand on-site questionnaire survey, put forward some theoretical hypotheses, anddeveloped a questionnaire and field survey, using the basic data to test the hypothesis. This paper analyzes the influence relationship between social network variables ofout-side, channel behavioral variables and channel relationship stability variables. Thispaper holds that, the network density of outflow side is an important antecedent of thechannel power application modes and channel member satisfaction, is not an importantantecedent of the channel conflict, the network centrality of outflow side is not an important antecedent of the channel power application modes, is an importantantecedent of channel conflict and channel member satisfaction, the channel powerapplication modes is an important antecedent of channel conflict and channel membersatisfaction, the channel power application modes, channel conflict and channelmember satisfaction are an important antecedent of contract rate of outflow side. On thebasis of investigation, the influence has carried on the inspection. This paper put social relations and behavior into economic research of rural landtransfer, Combined with the actual situation of our country, in the empirical methodsfocus on the interests of both sides of rural land transfer, provides a good theoretical andempirical basis for channel relationship stability of rural land transfer, has a realisticsignificance of improve the rural land transfer channel relationship stability, ensureland transfer smoothly and Reduce the land investment risk.
