| Land is human which survival and development of material based, in recent years,population continued growth, industrialization, and urbanization fast development, humanon land using of needs and strength constantly increases, appeared has land degradation,and land pollution, and soil and water serious loss, and desert of, land security problem,population with food, and land resources, and ecological environment Zhijian of sharpcontradictions increasingly highlight, therefore, for regional land integrated hosted force ofevaluation research, on developed population, and economic, and energy and land usingplanning and policy, coordination population, and relationships between resources,environment, rational development and utilization of land and other resources is a great ofsignificance.Reference on the basis of previous research, applied systems analysis, dynamicanalysis and quantitative analysis method, covered three counties and five district ofLanzhou City based on the perspective of time, space, and qualitative analysis of landcomprehensive carrying capacity of Lanzhou city and ordered development obstacles in theprocess. Select evaluation factors of land comprehensive carrying capacity, identifyingevaluation indicators system, determine the limiting factors of bearing capacity of land inLanzhou city. Based on scenario analysis, through two time node of Lanzhou forecast for2015and2020urban scale of population, economic development, land requirements,analysis of regional development, in the process of urbanization in Lanzhou landcomprehensive carrying capacity change trend and fundamental problems. Coming to thefollowing conclusions:(1)2004,2007and2010targets in Lanzhou city handles the rawdata and concluded that comprehensive bearing index system of index weight in Lanzhoucity, from the weighting of the index sort, technology is the comprehensive carryingcapacity of Lanzhou City economic development the most significant factor. On the timescale, Lanzhou city, between2004-2010and general land comprehensive carrying capacityindex presented a "u" trend, but the degree of variation is not notable. From the perspective of specific changes in the cost of and carrying capacity relatively higher economic efficiency indexand economic index of intensity of assessing value is also larger, economic efficiency indexand economic index of intensity of higher levels of contribution to the comprehensivecarrying capacity of the region.(2) By affecting the four support system of landcomprehensive carrying capacity calculation of the index and extract, from the Countyunder the support system for carrying capacity index.
