Analysis Of Rural Land Use Efficiency Under The Unbalanced Development Pattern

Based on the regional economic and social development is unevenpattern, comparison and analysis of land use efficiency is a relatively new research.China is a traditional agricultural country, a vast, complex and diverse landforms climateimbalance of economic and social development since ancient times, has always existed.Reform and opening up30years of unbalanced development strategy, has made remarkableachievements, also cause or exacerbate the imbalance in regional development in China today,this imbalance is reflected in many ways and at different levels of economic and socialdevelopment, mainly caused by the natural conditions, resource endowments, for historicalreasons, policy-oriented, demographic factors, and environmental factors on multiplegrounds.In this paper, Yuzhong County, Gansu Province as an example, Document analysis,index evaluation method and coupling correlation analysis method, the Yuzhong County landuse efficiency analysis and evaluation, the county is divided into three blocks, each block ofland use efficiency compared, and selectthree villages were key research; accordance with theimbalance of land use Yuzhong County, three blocks, three blocks of economic developmentand land use effective coupling relationship, and the impact of land use comprehensivebenefitspolicy input natural endowments, socio-economic and other three categories and landuse is effective correlation analysis, the pattern of uneven development under the impact ofvarious factors on land use efficiency. The main findings are as follows:(1) Yuzhong County unbalanced development is very obvious characteristics. Rapideconomic and social development of the middle of the township, the slow development of thenorthern and southern mountain. This unbalanced development pattern is caused due tomultiple factors such as natural conditions, socio-economic, policy tilt, Yuzhong County, thetownship differences of natural conditions, there are significant differences in terms of landarea, arable land, agricultural production and operation conditions; the township population, traffic conditions, the basis of economic development, industrial structure and also there is abig difference; based on the different natural conditions and development based inmacroeconomic policy-led, also produced some preferential policies, especially the new ruralconstruction promote the formation of a number of key towns, demonstration sites, and somebackward areas, the obvious differences of policy support and public investment.(2) Yuzhong County, the township land use efficiency differences, there is a clearimbalance. Northern Qingcheng,Zhonglianchuan, Haxian, Shanghuacha, Yuanzicha, in aridmountainous areas of the township, land-use economic benefits, social benefits, ecologicalbenefits were lower; central Chengguan Town,13villages and towns in River floodplains ofXiaguanying, Sanjiaocheng,Laizibu,Heping, land-use economic benefits, social benefitsindex the highest eco-efficiency index is also in the middle and upper levels; southernYinshan, Mapo, Xinying, Longquan four towns cold and semi-humid hilly land useeco-efficiency index at a high level, but the input-output ratio is still low, the development ofrelatively isolated land, land use of economic, social index is low, the low level of overallefficiency index residing in the county.(3) Yuzhong County rural land use efficiency and uneven development in the county hasa strong coupling. The background of the new rural construction, the county differences inthe township infrastructure, industrial policy and to support specialty agriculture,urbanization support efforts directly related to the level of the land use efficiency, in the sameblock different village, but also because of the differences in specific development policies,conditions for the development of land use efficiency and level of development there is animbalance. The level of economic and social development and land use efficiency level witha strong coupling, the imbalance of economic and social development pattern and land useeffective unbalanced pattern with strong consistency.(4) Analysis of the impact of the uneven development of land use benefits.YuzhongCounty rural land use efficiency by multiple factors, according to the three categories ofpolicy inputs, natural conditions and resource endowments, economic and social, the specificselection of the17specific factors, its associated land use efficiencycalculation and analysisto compare the effective impact of the size of land use; difference between effective land usefor the county’s three blocks, respectively, to identify the key factors that affect the efficiency of land use.(5) Uneven development for the county state’s land use efficiency differences, combinedwith the existing policy, put forward a series of awareness of rural land use efficiency ofcountermeasures and suggestions. Through increased investment in rural infrastructure, thedevelopment of leading specialized industry, and promote the industrialization of agriculture,strengthen land consolidation and land management, accelerating rural land policies andmeasures, which can effectively improve land use efficiency.(6) On the research of the sort, summarize, and draw up conclusions of this study: thedevelopment of Yuzhong County has a strong imbalance between economic and socialdevelopment around the large differences, land use efficiency also has significant regionaldifferences and imbalances; Yuzhong County each block, town, village level land useefficiency and the level of economic and social development with a strong coupling, therelevant factors and land use efficiency with a certain degree of correlation between some ofthese factors increase the efficiency of land use has significant influence, to improve localconditions that affect land use efficiency can be a key factor in land use efficiency to theintroduction of relevant policies and support measures.
