The Research On The Integrated Development Of Agriculture And Tourism In Lijiazhuang Rural Complex In Yuzhong County

In the No.1 central document of 2017,the concept of "pastoral complex" was expounded for the first time.Its essence is to organically combine "circular agriculture","creative agriculture","farming experience","pastoral community",etc.to form a comprehensive rural development model.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy,and the rural complex is seen as a main platform for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.It is based on agriculture and guided by tourism,integrating agricultural production,leisure tourism,popular science education,and other functions,comprehensively promoting information related to ecological agriculture,and treating it as a new type of modern agricultural tourism Ecological tourism park with concepts such as leisure and vacation.The key to the development of rural complex lies in the integration ability,using innovative ideas and development ideas to organically combine scientific,cultural,and cultural elements with agricultural production,thereby achieving the integration of resources and expanding the role of agriculture.To achieve the goal of not only satisfying tourists’ sightseeing experience,but also benefiting indigenous people and attracting new residents,thereby building a beautiful countryside and achieving rural revitalization.In view of this,the Lijiazhuang Rural Complex in Yuzhong County worked hard to obtain the qualification for application,and finally passed the review of the first eight demonstration sites in the country,becoming the first demonstration site in the northwest region.After several years of development,the Lijiazhuang pastoral complex has begun to take shape,but it is still in the exploration stage.This article uses a research method that combines theory and practice to study the integrated development of agriculture and tourism in Lijiazhuang Rural Complex.Using the literature analysis method,summarize the relevant concepts and theories included,define the concepts of agritourism integration,rural complex,farmers’ rights and interests,and experience value,and comb the relevant theoretical foundations of sustainable development,industrial integration,urban-rural integration,and stakeholders to deeply describe the development status of Lijiazhuang rural complex;An interview method(for staff and villagers)and a questionnaire(for experts and tourists)were used to conduct a survey and research on the rural complex in Lijiazhuang.Based on the protection of the rights and interests of farmers,an evaluation model was constructed using the Delphi method and AHP analytic hierarchy process.A questionnaire was designed based on the tourist experience and the underlying tourism demand points were analyzed,Thus,it is pointed out that the following problems exist under the integration of agriculture and tourism in Lijiazhuang Rural Complex: 1.The degree of protection of farmers’ rights and interests needs to be improved.2.Incomplete transportation and supporting service infrastructure.3.The promotion is not strong and the Internet plus capability is weak.4.The development of business formats is uneven and the unique attraction is low.On this basis,targeted measures and suggestions are proposed to promote the development path of agricultural tourism integration in Lijiazhuang Rural Complex: 1.Strengthen the protection of farmers’ rights and interests,and establish farmers to enrich them.Strengthen the construction of transportation and supporting service facilities to improve convenience.3.Broaden publicity channels and enrich publicity forms.4.Balance multiple business formats and create agricultural tourism featured upgrade tours.
