Research On TTF Entrepreneurial Models In Rural Areas Of Gansu Province

The TTF system originates from the development and exploration of agricultural extension, andservice in the contemporary rural economic development and social needs, application process hasachieved good results in all the ten years of development, has made a great contribution for our country tosolve the "three rural problems". The TTF science and technology entrepreneurship in the rural areas isbased on the TTF work, and emphasizes on the entrepreneurship, TTF who creates entrepreneur can buildstable and solid benefit community with farmers. This work plays a positive role for the reenergizing of therural economic and social development.This paper systematically summarized the TTF work and the entrepreneurship activity. By a survey offour cities in Gansu Province, this study makes detail analysis of the major factors in Gansu TTFentrepreneurship and uses the Logistic data model and statistical software to explain the influence of thefactors, and use the data model explains the TTF sex, age, job, salary satisfaction, technology ombudsmansystem awareness and other factors influence in varying degrees on the TTF entrepreneurial. Then point outthe problems about Gansu TTF’s entrepreneurship activity.This study summarizes five models of the entrepreneurship activity based on TTF characteristics ofGansu, and describes the models carefully. Meanwhile, in the process of the investigation, by the TTFcharacteristics of Gansu, we found that the government of Gansu crested the service center for the TTF, sowe also analyzes the service center an its supporting functions and contribute to the four models. Finally,this paper gives suggestions on the stability and development of the TTF teams, building a favorableenvironment for the entrepreneurship, guiding the TTF to carve out in several industrial nodes.
