Science And Technology Correspondent Entrepreneurial Behavior And Influence Factors Analysis

The2012No.l document of central government and the eighteenth Party Cong ress Report pointed out the importance of science and technology on the rural deve lopment, agricultural synergism and increase of farmer. However the traditional agri cultural technology extension service system cannot adapt to the new environment o f market economy, many problems are exposed. In this new era, TTF system emer ges as the times require. TTF system promotes the rural economy development of our country, but in the process of its own development and improvement, there still exists many problems. Long-term mechanism of TTF system has not completely fo rmed. In this case, the implementation of science and technology correspondent entr epreneurial activity is an effective way to establish long-term mechanism of TTF sy stem. Currently, the research of the TTF entrepreneurship mainly focused on three areas, the TTF entrepreneurial model, business financial services and business chain, few scholars carry out systematic and deep research on the impact factors of the s cience and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior, Comparing to the gen eral entrepreneurial behavior, TTF system has its own features. Therefore, the impac t factors analysis of science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior h as important theoretical and realistic significance.This paper mainly includes four aspects:(1) Science and technology correspond ent entrepreneurial behavior analysis;(2)Theoretical analysis of the impact factors of science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior;(3)Empirical an alysis of the impact factors of science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior;(4) Countermeasures and suggestions.This paper use non-random typical sampling method, to carry on the questionn aire survey on5districts of Chengdu City (county), including181rural both entrep reneurial and not science and technology correspondent.The paper empirically analy zes the impact factors of science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial beha vior, by using factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Through analysis, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Science and technology correspondent are male predominantly. The survey f ound that male science and technology correspondent accounted for79%in total, a nd91.75%in the entrepreneurial science and technology correspondent;(2)Science and technology correspondent team tends to be younger. the survey found that most of the science and technology correspondent are in the interval of 25-54yrs old, and this shows that science and technology correspondent team tends to be younger;(3) The work life of sci-tech corrs in the sci-tech comisis short in general.The survey found that the shortest work life of sci-tech is1yr, while the longest is8yrs, and the average is2.35years;(4)The individual factors have significant influence on science and technology c orrespondent entrepreneurial behavior. The age, working life, science and technology correspondent self-efficacy, achievement needs have significant positive effects on s cience and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior;(5)The government support has a significant impact on science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior. Whether to provide guarantees for bank loan s, whether to provide training support, whether to provide information support has a positive effect on science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior, w hether to provide preferential policies and support for the project on science and te chnology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior has a negative impact;(6)Other factors have significant influence on science and technology correspon dent entrepreneurial behavior. The local existence of agricultural industry have positi ve influence on the science and technology correspondent entrepreneurial behavior.Based on the above conclusions, in order to improve the entrepreneurial enthus iasm of the science and technology correspondent, and expand the siz of sci-tech e ntre team, his paper suggests some proposals. For instance, increasing the gov supp orts activities on the TTF corrsespondent entrepreneurial, broaden the TTF entrepren eurial financing channels, pay more attention to the cultivation and development of local agriculture industry characteristics and establishing the multi-dimensional TTF entrepreneurial model.
