Research On Regional Logistics Resources Integration Model Driven Information Service

In the context of regional economic integration, regional logistics has become animportant strength for the formation and development of regional economic system.Integrating regional logistics resources well or bad will directly affect the constitutionand development of regional logistics and economic system. Therefore, it has beenone of the research focuses in the logistics theory field of how to use the limitedregional logistics resource adequately to help the development of regional economic.Currently, most of the researches were limited to traditional integration model, andfocused on the fields of planning, significance, solution, countermeasure et al. while itlacks researches on new regional logistics resource integration model. This paperfocused on studying the regional logistics resource integration model under the driverof information service. It is hoped that our research finds can provide new theorysupport for regional logistics resource integration, set an example of resourceintegration in regional logistic, promote rational development of regional logistic andregional economics as well as contribute new ideas for the government and relevantcompanies to develop modern logistics industry.The whole paper can be divided into four sections, including introducing theproblem, analyzing the problem, solving the problem and conclusion. In section one,we described the background and significance of our research, introduced theproblem, understood the status and trend of related researches at home and abroad,and presented the research contend and method. Section two is the problem analysissection. At first, we reviewed the methodologies and literatures in related field, whichwas the theoretical preparation for further research. Then, illustrated by the case ofYunnan province, we analyzed the demand of regional logistics resource integrationmodel driver by information service, which proposed the model research in thefollowing section. After that, we interpreted the resource integration model in detailand investigated its’ specific operation process, condition, foundation et al. Theoperating mechanism of this model was analyzed and studied at last. We solved theproblem in section three. In this section, using our research contend, we analyzed anddesigned the Public Logistics Information System of Regional Logistics based on theGIS. In the last section, section Four, we made a summary of our research and gave an outlook for future research.From the view of our selected topic, combining the existing relevant theories,this paper investigated the shortage of the theory development space on the researchof regional logistics integration model. In the view of our research points, though thepaper analyzed the traditional resource integration model of regional logistics, it didnot limited to the traditional model. Instead, combining theory with market conditions,it presented a new regional logistics resource integration model under the driver ofinformation service and made an exhaustive study of this model. Considering thepromotion and innovation of our research, our research finds can help to solve theproblem of which the resource of supply chain and regional logistics cannot beintegrated effectively, which worth to be promoted and used in related fields andindustry.
